Hobert Needham

Hobert is the founding father and product developer. He developed the method of construction, worked mall locations, and is regarded as the most accurate and precise jewelry designer in the company's history. Hobert still remains the advisor to the company on many projects. He is the conscience of the business.

Ronaldo

Ronaldo is the President/CEO of Gold Craft Associates/The Ronaldo Collection. Ronaldo has over 28 years of marketing and sales experience and 65,000 hours of jewelry making. He also takes part in personal appearances, motivational speaking, customer service, product development, and produces Artist Originals.

Martha

Martha is the office manager. She is a Master Artisan and has over 10,000 hours of jewelry making experience. Martha handles day to day operations, customer service, and shipping and receiving.

Angie

Angie is the assistant Office Manager and a gifted Master Artisan. She has over 10,000 hours of jewelry making experience and developed the Angelina Ring. Angie is also the co-owner of the design and has rights to the Cluster series.

Linda

Linda has been an office manager for 8 years. She participates in trade shows, helps with sales, and is a jewelry artisan. Linda is also the company photographer. Go to the link for Linda's website for your photo or graphic design needs.

Allen

Allen has developed and ran eight mall stores located in the northern United States. He  is an advisor to the company on corporate contracts and events. He participates in trade shows, customer service, and is a Master Artisan.

Gina

Gina helps with jewelry prep and cut outs. She also cleans the jewelry, helps with mail outs and computer work.

Melissa

Melissa participates in website entry and helps with the design of the site. She also helps with mail outs, data entry, and packaging. For the last two years, Melissa has done most of the layout of the website. She was trained by Al.

AL

Al is one of the best all around computer and software specialists in the country.

Kristen

Kristen began the web site. She also assists in trade shows, cut outs, shipping, data entry, and packaging.

Betty

Betty is the booth designer for malls. She also takes part in the cutting and cleaning of the jewelry. Betty helps with shipping, packaging, and mail outs.

Jeri

Jeri takes part in jewelry prep, trade shows and mail outs.

Corrine

Specializes in making six strand bracelets and weaving. Runs production facility in Kentucky.

Donald Wayne

Great braider and very skilled artisan. Trained by Corrine in 1997.
