Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 6% is added to all orders shipped within the State of Indiana.

Shipping:

Your order should be shipped within  7 to 10 business days if not before.  We will notify you when your order is shipped.  We will also notify you in the event we cannot ship your order within 10 days and will let you when you can expect to receive your order in the event we are waiting to receive a component to complete your order     

We ship ALL of our items within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.  No international shipments at this time.

We ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail insured, no exceptions.  Items are shipped insured automatically.

Return Policy:

A 30 Day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. As long as the item is returned in "new, unaltered and unused condition" (defined below) we will accept the return and issue a refund in the form of a store credit or cash credit.

It’s that simple...

Our definition of "New, Unaltered and Unused Condition" is:
Any item being returned must be:
    - without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
    - without having been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than us)
    - within 14 calendar days of the ship date
    - NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS
    - in compliance with our return shipping requirements (defined in below)
    - or unless noted that it can not be returned or has a different return policy time period other that 14 days noted in that item’s particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support no later than 5 business days after receipt. Customer Support will contact you to schedule any appointment to discuss and remedy the issue.

If at the time you are receiving the item there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit of a cash refund.

Type of Refunds:

Store Credits: We'd love to continue to have you as part of our family, so whenever possible we prefer to issue you a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Sometimes we can even consider waiving your additional fees (except for shipping fees).

Cash Credits: I the event that a store credit is not possible we can issue you a cash credit. Funds for this cash credit will be issued in the original form of payment received, except for money orders and cashier’s checks which will returned via company check. Your refund amount will be in the amount of your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges applied for your order.

*** Please keep in mind that in either case a 15% restocking fee may apply.  Additionally in the case where you return the same item twice (2 times) within a 30 calendar day period from your shipping date, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Return Shipping Requirements:

Preparing your item to be returned is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number. This is easily done by contacting Customer Support and requesting an RFI number. Take this number down.

2. Package Your Item. Securely package your item for shipment using comparable packing material as it was shipped with.  Make sure to all the original packaging and collateral material including the packing list and invoice (or a copy of the original invoice).

3. Labeling the Box. Make sure to label the box with the Return For Inspection (RFI) number.  DO NOT make reference Designer Jewelry By Ronaldo or the contents of the shipment.  Address the package to:

4. Insure and Ship Your Item. Based on the value of your invoice,  ship your package via United States Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

Once your item is received at our facility our team will examine the item to make sure that the item qualifies for a refund. In order for your item to qualify for a refund, all the above mentioned steps and procedures must be followed. If you do qualify for a refund,  processing time takes 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email with our results.

Designer Jewelry By Ronaldo is not responsible for merchandise that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms. Please contact our Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns.

Designer Jewelry By Ronaldo creations has been skillfully hand-crafted form the finest quality raw materials, 14k gold, platinum, silver, precious and semi-precious gemstones (or 14k Rolled Gold).

All designs by Designer Jewelry By Ronaldo are copyrighted, and come with  a Lifetime Limited Guarantee on wire products, precious and semi-precious gemstones.   This warranty is extended in compliance with the "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act".  Liability is limited solely to repair of the item.  We disclaim liability for consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty in merchantability for fitness for purpose.

All products are guaranteed at the point of sale.  Any scratches, cracks or breakage after sale are not covered by this guarantee.  We will however, give you a price quote for replacement of the stone.

Repair Rates:

Standard Repair.  Consist of repair and or replacement of scratched, bent or broken wire work, $20.00
Standard Plus Repair.  Advanced wire work on items that have stone settings, $30.00
Your Name In Gold, Free Repair.  $6.95 to cover shipping and handling.  Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
