Preparing your item to be returned is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number. This is easily done by contacting our office at
800-510-0679 and requesting an RFI number. Please include it on the return shipping label.
2. Package Your Item. Securely package your item for shipment in comparable packing material to the original. Make sure to include all the original packaging and collateral material, including the packing list and invoice (or a copy of the original invoice).
3. Label the Box. Make sure to label the box with the Return for Inspection (RFI) number. DO NOT make reference to Designer Jewelry by Ronaldo or the contents of the shipment. Address the package to:

4. Insure and Ship Your Item. Based on the value of your invoice, ship your package via United States Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.
Once your item is received at our facility, our team will examine it to make sure that it qualifies for a refund. In order for your item to qualify for a refund, all the above mentioned steps and procedures must be followed. If you do qualify for a refund, processing time takes 3-5 business days. You may choose to be notified via email of our results.
